Well, I have a huge announcement to make. After more than four years, and really a lifetime, I am finally going to be signing with a publisher. They want my Kelli Storm series! Hopefully they will also want my latest book, once I get through the first draft. They are pretty new and only have a few books and authors, but I do know the President of the company, though we have never met face to face, and she is a fan of Kelli, so she sees the potential. I haven't signed the contract yet, still waiting on it, but I have responded back with my intentions. This is really a dream come true, and it only took me a lifetime.

Ken, that's great news. I know how hard you've worked for this, how much time and energy you've put in. If anyone deserves this break it's you, and I'm thrilled to pieces for you.

Thanks, everyone. Still have a long road ahead. More edits and griping and crying when the editor cuts things from my babies. But I know that it will all be worth it.

Okay, the s**t just got real. I just signed and returned the contract, via email and electronic signature. Now they get to crack the whip and wield the RED pen of death! (Couldn't find a RED pen of death emoticon, but you get the gist.)
