The reality of it was that they weren't married at all. They were just a handful of people who moved into the same house after the parents killed off their former marital partners. That's why Greg and Marcia were boinking, because they weren't related, not even through marriage. Tada!

Well, what happened to their dad anyway? Was (the mother..whatshername?) she a widow? Never, ever, was there an episode that highlighted the kids' missing parents.

Actually, one of the very first episodes, right after Mike and Carol married, focused on Bobby Brady feeling sad because he thought Carol was trying to replace his mom. She told him it was okay to miss his mom, and that he was allowed to love his real mom but love her too. And everyone was better 26 minutes later.

It was a Very Special Episode.

Same Psychosis...different day.
I had a friend who met and married a man with the same unusual last name. No relation that they could find.

My keys are sparkly...see!

Die at sea? Like, you think their original dad may have been Gilligan? What was his last name anyway? And did they ever get off the island?

Didn't you guys see A Very Brady Sequel?

Plot Summary for
A Very Brady Sequel

A man claiming to be Carol Brady's long-lost first husband, Roy Martin, shows up at the suburban Brady residence one evening. An impostor, the man is actually determined to steal the Bradys' familiar horse statue, a $20-million ancient Asian artifact.

And the Asian artifact is that horse from the living room.
