They are a very serious and well set up bunch of people. The list of their upcoming publications shows this. I made it to the acquisitions committee and would have been very happy to go with them if they had offered.

According to the website they do not take manuscripts from unpublished or small press published authors. You must be an 'established author' or submit through an agent.

Scott

You can ask them. I did and they looked at mine.
What does it cost you to ask?

It doesn't cost anything but a stamp to query. I noted they do not take submissions from unpublished authors, I did not say they would not accept queries--just not unrequested submissions.

Scott

An imprint from Games Workshop.

Oooow! I don't much care for Games Workshop as a game company. And i certainly know from game shop dealers how rapacious they are. They've made a lot of money, though.

Scott

I just went to their contact form to ask about the mode of submissions (for the Ravenstone imprint). I'm not sure if they're closed for subs or require an agent over all their imprints, including Rebellion and Solaris and a few others. A bit confusing. Yet, a nice publisher with all the bells and whistles.

Doesn't seem like there's a general Rebellion topic, so... Has anyone had any recent-ish experiences with Rebellion and its imprints, Solaris, Abbadon, and Ravenstone?
