William H. Lovejoy is one of her clients. He has 18 books on Google books, a few of them translations, but nothing in English after 2002. So this Lovejoy would appear to be blovejoy.

Maddie, You could look at CHINA DOME or FLASH FACTOR, but remember those were set for their times. I stopped writing in 2000 when my job as a higher education CFO began demanding 60-hour weeks.
OH! Oops, sorry...I posted a moment ago asking the titles...t'was odd; my computer didnt show this one till after I sent the post...evil technology.
There's not a lot of info about her, but thanks blovejoy for the head's up. I've found enough info on Querytracker.net and Agent Query to feel comfortable querying her.
