and she's listed in P/E without any black marks (but no dollar sign, either). I can't find a website. Does anyone have further information?

I was about to send a query to Lynn Seligman, she is listed in Karen Fox's excellent list of agents, and she is my # 95 letter or queries to agents with no positives yet.

Is she for real?

Just pointing out that many of the books on this Amazon link do not come up because she agented them. A few Seligman or Lynn authors, Seligmans as a person in the book, some lit guides that list her. It looks like at least a few have her as the agent, though.

She's currently listed in Jeff Herman's "Guide to Book Publishers, Editors, & Literary Agents 2011" with the 400 Highland Avenue, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043 address. A number is also listed, but if you want to get on her good side I wouldn't use it to solicit queries. No email queries accepted, only snail-mail.

Submission guidelines:
