Guten Tag, Leute.

Which is pretty much the extent of my German.

I'm an experienced English language commercial writer here in Switzerland, working about 3,000 feet up a mountain at the HQ of a big corporate. Native British.

I've decided that 2018 will be my year of living dangerously -- relatively speaking. I intend going freelance, focusing mainly on business writing. It's unpredictable, and I can't be certain it's a good move. Up to me to prove my inner sceptic wrong.

Any other Swiss-based members involved in similar work? Or in German / Austria? Or anywhere else, come to that? I know that the forum attracts mainly creative writers (and I'm one of those too) rather than business freelancers, but let me know if you're in the same boat as me. Could be useful to hook up.

Thanks.
