stand up comedy

I've become of fan of Patton Oswalt's stand up lately.

My current favorites are Sarah Silverman, Tom Papa, and Wanda Sykes, but Richard Pryor is my favorite of all time. He did make me laugh, but he also touched my heart. Not sure exactly why that was.

Absolute favorite, hands-down.

Greg Giraldo is the greatest loss the comedy world has had since Richard Pryor.

Old school? George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Steve Martin

Nowadays? Dave Chappelle, Dave Attell, Patton Oswalt (his twitter feed got me through the election) Aziz Ansari, and I was a Louis CK fan, but uh...

Honorable mention for Mitch Hedberg. Hilarious and died way too young.
