Hello, everyone kind enough to take a look at my little topic! My (user) name is Eviora, or just Evi for short! I'm currently working through the revision process for an urban fantasy novel I wrote, and this community seemed like an absolutely wonderful place for me to discuss all if the nuances of writing! I've been reading for most of my life, but more than that, I am in love with stories. Throughout my life, stories have been a great help to me - they are escapes when I need them, but they also help me look at the world differently, and accept that the trite, mundane reality some would insist is permanent is truly ours to mold. Through the journeys of characters, I have strengthened myself. This may seem kind of out-of-nowhere, but those reasons are part of why I want to create stories myself!
I won't go into too much more detail, 'cause if I do, everyone will probably think I'm loony. They might even be right!
As far as hobbies go, I'm a lot less eccentric than all that. I like reading and writing, of course, and I'm also a total gamer. I enjoy all sorts of media, from movies to anime to web shows. I bet a lot of you have at least one like in common with me!
Anyway, if I keep blabbering on this will become a big tl;dr thread, so thanks for listening to me, and nice to meet you!
