[Publisher] Prescient Sci Fi

Hmm. Their site talks about their authors but not who is running the publishing company (though it seems to me it may be the authors?). I looked at the two books on their site on Amazon, and for one thing they're shown as being published by Electronic Sound and Print, and they're both older (2012, 2013) so... Has Prescient itself put out any books? Are they re-releasing these two? Did the publisher change names? So much is unclear. Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.
