Pretty nearly every day, I start the morning energetic and hopeful about writing. By afternoon, much more grounded and neutral.

Come evening, though--totally bleak. Not worth pursuing, question everything, fed up, etc etc. Generally I try and do beta-reading in the evenings to at least not waste that valuable time.

Anyone else find this kind of pattern daily/weekly?

Yes. I run out of emotional energy before night falls. I am useless to myself after 4pm. Evenings are good for reading, watching Netflix, and and exiting my writing cave to see the other humans.

Some days, I prefer avatars.

Seriously, you weirdos who take initiative and switch avatars have no idea how you disorient me.

I cannot be bothered to change avatars.

My own cycle is a bit longer, lasting a few weeks at each stage. Pushing through the negative weeks is... no fun at all...
