It's stories like these that *almost* make me hope I'm wrong in my atheism, that end times are near, and that I will be alive to witness these thieves and hypocrites swallowed up instead of raised up. I just want to see the looks on their faces when their god says "Nuh-uh. Not you. You cared too much about profit and not enough about your fellow human." Of course, I'm old, so I don't worry too much about my life getting cut off if that's the reward.
