When a publisher says to indicate if your submission is a "simultaneous submission" when submitting your novel, do they give it less attention than if you say "Oh no, you are the only publisher I'm sending this to" ?
With some publishers saying if they look at your book at all, it might take six months, it's kind of silly to expect a writer to only send a manuscript out to one publisher at at time isn't it?
