Does anyone here have any experience with or thoughts on Rainbow Nerds Literary or its (currently?) sole agent, Jamie Vankirk?
They're brand-new (founded in 2017). Jaime does have a track record: assistant and office manager at Liza Dawson Associates, then associate agent at Holloway Literary. It's pleasantly unusual to see an agent specialising so strongly in marginalised voices. Looks legit to me; if I had a rainbow-type novel to query, I'd sure put her on my list.

I haven't found any sales data for her at Lisa Dawson. Has anybody found something they can share? I like that fact that she worked there, but without any sales I do find it difficult to consider sending her my work.
Pisco, I think the answer you're looking for is in Unimportant's earlier post (bold mine).
Thanks, Richard.
Yes, I saw that, but there is no sales information. None. Office manager at a literary agency does not an agent make, IMHO. Hmmm... Maybe she didn't have time to make any deals as a associate agent at Holloway, maybe it's a bit premature to set up on her own. Maybe I'm being too cautious...
Gotcha.
I was just responding specifically to the question about Lisa Dawson. I wouldn't expect an office manager to be making sales unless she was an apprentice agent on the side.
I would have expected something at Holloway's if she had stayed there longer.
Recent (first?) deal to Bloomsbury (PW report).
