If only it were 500 miles. You could walk them. And then you could walk 500 more.

Earworms. The gift that keeps on giving.

Also, as I try to think of earworms I can give back, I only succeed in giving myself more.

I am, obviously, not very talented in the art of earworming.

Earworming; The process of planting an earworm in another, unsuspecting, person (without catching that earworm yourself). Also see Alien Zebra in a pussy hat.

That definition is going straight to the poolroom. Or at least to the Merriam-Webster people.

Good evening, reppers!

We had some pretty strong storms move through the area a little while ago. It's since calmed down and the temps have cooled significantly.

Hi, Jay! How are you today?

I just finished doing math(s) homework with my youngest. It went MUCH better tonight than it did last night. I didn't yell or make him cry or anything!

Hey, Lil! I'm doing good.

Aww, poor kiddo. I'm glad it went better and you didn't yell and make him cry.

I suck at maths, so it was always Mr C's job to help the boys with their maths homework. I helped with all the other homework. :)

Here, there, everywhere.
*plops down on the couch, bottle of hard lemonade in hand*

I have made it. Survived through 6 weeks of being alone for half the week to handle getting the wee ones to bed. Hubby works from home tomorrow, and the next day the big kidlets return home so I'll have their help whenever hubby is at work. There was much consumption of chocolate and alcohol, but it's done and over with. :e2thud:

Yay for surviving 6 weeks half on your own! :snoopy:

You definitely deserve a drink or two for that!

Sounds rough, SP. I'm glad things are looking up.

I'm in bed already, watching Westworld. Anybody else a fan?

An early night sounds like a good idea to help speed your recovery, Lil.

I'm getting ready to go out for my bi-annual boob squish. Oh what fun I am having! *G*

I'm way late but, g'night, Bry!

Finally back home. Glad I didn't treadmill before we went because I got ALLLLL the steps while we were out. Westfield Parramatta is freaking HUGE and my appt was at one end, while the meeting point with #2 son to pick him up was at the other end.

*sprays some Febreeze*

I'm glad you're here. You smell good to me!

I have twenty minutes until I have to drive son #2 to school. So I'm in the bed, in the dark, refusing to get up, even though I can't sleep. I'm refusing to give in to this whole "waking up early" bullshit.

Having to get up early is a pain in the butt, however, you eventually get used to it. I'm just glad I rarely have to get up early anymore. Been there, done that, didn't want the t-shirt.

I'm actually hoping to get a bit of a lie-in tomorrow. There's potential for rain, and bed is the best place when it's gloomy and rainy out.
