Reporting a publishing press' contract

Is there somewhere I would be able to report a publishing press' contract? I don't want to post it on the publishing press' forum page in the Index of all listed publishers because I'm nervous about repercussions - is there a place I can report anonymously, or at least, not publically?

If you have a problem with a contract you've been offered then your agent, or you if you aren't represented, can always attempt to negotiate that contract with the publisher.

However, if you've been offered an exploitative contract by a dodgy press, you could always send a copy of it to Victoria Strauss at Writer Beware!. But there's no way to officially report a contract, and no organisation to report it to.
