My slow cooker died and while searching for a new one, I came across reviews of this little thing.
Pressure cooker
Slow cooker
Rice maker
Sautee pot
Steamer
Yogurt maker (I do not ever see myself using this feature)
So far, I've only made Indian yellow rice in it. The great thing was, I was able to sautee the garlic and spices in butter in the pot, then add the rice and liquid and 12 minutes later, tadaa! Rice. Bonus for those of us over a mile above sea level, since it's a pressure cooker, you don't have to adjust for altitude.
Any tips, tricks, or favorite Instant Pot recipes to share?
