Anyone see this re: Temple Hill + Harper Collins?

I'm curious what it might be like to work in this situation. I assume it would be similar to Alloy, but ???

Site's gone, but Temple still active as a prod. co. at the least, and involved with HarperCollins/Writers House. (example)
