Big part of the 80s music experience for me. RIP

This has gutted me. I'm a huge fan. I have a stockpile of his vinyl still. I couldn't part with it. Before You Spin Me I always picked up all the imports. I was obsessed, both with Dead or Alive and his previous band Nightmares in Wax. Pete was someone I looked up to in the early eighties, fashioned myself after. He gave me permission to be myself. Loved him.
