Hello good folks!

is there a way I can price my book lower than $.99 in Amazon? Or in India, lower than ₹49. Most of the ebooks by big publishers are priced under ₹49 in India. Amazon doesn't allow me to go lower. I was thinking of price matching. Can someone please suggest a self publishing platform that will allow me a price of lower than ₹49? That way I can reduce its price by matching it on Amaozn. Thanks. Help much appreciated

You can get them to price-match Google Play IN, where you can set prices as low as 1 INR if you like.

However, more often than not, KDP will simply send you an e-mail ordering you to raise your price elsewhere to INR 49. (It happened to me recently.)

Amazon used to routinely price match to other sites like Smashwords, but these days they often choose not to--so you are stuck with their minimum charge.
