Has anyone had any experience with a young adult publisher called Blazing Star Press? They say they pay an advance and their distributer is Ingram.

If you're talking about this Blazing Star Press, it looks like they haven't updated their website in five years. At the time, it looks like they had one book out (Girl vs Ghost). I couldn't find any evidence of a second book on Amazon.
Worth noting that their only publications are by the same two authors, and that their covers are sub-par. I have a feeling this is/was an entity formed to publish those two authors' work, although it's odd that they'd pay advances and claimed distribution in bookstores (the mention of Borders is another indicator that this press is long defunct).
