Wölli - Wolfgang, the only band member whose first name wasn't Andreas - ex drummer of Die Toten Hosen, Germany's most prolific punk rock band, has passed away on Monday aged 66, surrounded by family, after a long illness.
Die Toten Hosen were founded in the year of my birth and for more than 20 years I've been their fan. I got to see them live a few times including their infamous 1000. concert in their hometown, Düsseldorf.
