    Given that their first issue won't come out 'til Fall 2016, no one's going to have had much experience with them.

    I've recently submitted to them. All I can say from my own experience at this point is that they send submission acknowledgements promptly. Some writers on the FB open call for SF group I belong to say that they've gotten helpful personalized rejections with feedback, others that they've gotten form rejections--no one has gotten to the acceptance/contract stage yet. Apparently the early submission process was technically difficult, but the editors responded promptly to author feedback, so by the time I subbed the bugs were worked out.
