Not by mail, of course. You can't send law books through the mail.

Of course you can. I have. Law schools do it all the time. So do legal publishers and Amazon.

I worked at a university law school library where we received and sent law books six days a week, excluding holidays, including court registers, textbooks, and actual statute volumes.

This is really localized and maybe not so useful.

I happen to live in an academic neighborhood adjacent to a huge university. The neighborhood club has an annual used book sale to raise money for charity. Donations come from all over the neighborhood, and they always seem to include some textbooks because they are clunky and big and there is otherwise no secondary market for them.

If you are anywhere near a university or college, it might be worth checking out if they have anything analogous to this.
