Fantasyart, have you checked out QueryTracker.net? It's a database for both agents and publishers. You'll have to join to use its full search capabilities, but the basic membership is free.
In the long haul, you need to do your own research to find the agent/publisher who is the best fit for you.

The Submission Grinder also has a pretty nice database of places you can submit to. Searchable by quite a few criteria too.

It's a database of markets you can search through. Most link back to the market's respective website for guidelines. You can also keep track of your submissions through it, like where and when you submitted, how long it took to get a reply and what kind of reply you got. Thanks to people keeping track, most markets have graphs, suggesting expected response times.
