Eve Jammison, the new girl at Northern Pines Boarding School discovers that she has more to worry about than just making friends and getting good grades. When she discovers that her new roommates, Brooklyn and Cohen, are more than they appear she's drawn into a world of enchantment and danger. The school not only has human students but supernatural creatures as well. When classmates start to go missing rumors began to circulate about it being the witch who lives in the woods. Lady Agnes was thought to have only been an urban legend told to keep students and townies from wandering too far into the forest, but the bodies piling up, and missing person ads would seem to suggest otherwise.
