Wanted to update -- Jill ultimately passed on my project. I received an offer of rep from another agent and passed this along to her. She said while she loved the project and my voice, they thought the market was too crowded right now.
In the end, I was fine with it because I already had an offer. But this one would have hurt a lot more if I didn't.
