I'm looking for editing work; where should I start?

Hello, everyone. I have been a freelance writer/editor for nearly seven years with spotty success. I am seeking more editing jobs in 2016 because I am writing a book and want to save my writing energy for that project. I have a low budget, so I can't join the Editorial Freelancers Association right now. I am especially interested in editing YA, NA, romance, and self-help. Where should I begin? Thank you.
