Ugh. I hate when people mislabel the genitals, too.

The whole calling the labia a vagina. I've seen that happen on shows like Project Runway, and it really bugs. For example, one of the contestants would say something like, "That outfit is showing off her vagina", or "Her vagina is hanging out."

Um, last time I checked, the vagina is inside (like an internal channel), not an outside, visible part like the labia and vulva. Unless I don't know my female anatomy? I could be wrong, of course. I'm a prude when it comes to talking about explicit stuff like this (outside of erotic romance/erotica novels), lol. (And I don't enjoy researching parts of my body unless it's really necessary. I get grossed out easily.)

Well, either way, the "full-on vagina" comment sounds like an implied insult (in context) to being a woman in some way. It doesn't sound like a compliment in the way it's used, is what I'm trying to say. I think this because of the context, and because society tends to insult women and anything "feminine" by implying that anything that's associated with the female sex or gender, or just labeled as "feminine" by society, is a bad thing.

You just can't make this shit up.

And what the fuck does "go full vagina" even mean?

Sounds like something you'd hear on a gangbang porn video shoot.

Schlong and vagina in the same week from GOP candidates (or staffers)?

When are we going to have the first GOP presidential porn ads?

Donald Trump and James Deen as running mates. Two misogynistic dicks. No waiting.

I assumed he was using "vagina" as a derogatory term for woman, which then made me think of a quote misattributed to Betty White (but I like the thought of her saying it anyway).
"Why do people say "grow some balls?" Balls are weak and sensitive. If you want to really get tough grow a vagina, those things can take a pounding!"

If she thinks she can talk smack about Planned Parenthood and make decisions about women's health, then I think she should at least be able to say that word.

Maybe she can't say it without giggling, lol? XD

"Vagina." *giggles like an immature 12-year-old*

But, yes. If one is talking about women's health, I assume one is mature enough to say the word (if one is actually introducing it to the conversation).

But then I remembered that society is kind of immature or a bit prid-ish about anatomy and sexuality, etc...

(ETA: I'm a prude myself, but if I need to talk about the scientific terms of anatomy for an important topic, then I would use those terms.)

I'm not American. I don't know who this woman (never heard of her as I don't follow your politicians much) is or what she has said or not said about PP and whatnot. I just think, whoever she is, her avoidance of a particular word is a minor issue.
