Bookstores Without Borders / Lyra Independent Fiction Contest

So I get an e-mail about "Bookstores Without Borders" holding a contest, deadline 12/31, for "best indie book." I searched the threads for a B&BC discussion about this group or site and found nothing. Advanced Google also brought me no information whatever.

Anyone familiar with this? Up-and-up, or scam?

Thoughts? Mods, please forgive and merge if there is an existing thread I simply couldn't locate.

    Adding link: http://www.bookstorewithoutborders.com/

Also, they have this language on their home page which...dissuades me:

A good rule of thumb is to only enter contests you've heard of, or whose winning books you've heard of/and or bought.

Ah. I normally don't enter contests at all, but this one made me curious. Thanks, all.

Who are the judges? We don't know, because "the identity of the judges is confidential".
