Does anyone know how long it takes for them to process fulls? My MS wasn't open door but a #DVpit with Mike Underwood around the same time, so it might be different. If anyone could give this noob an estimate, I'd appreciate it.

How long have they had the actual full MS for? It took them about 3-4 months for me I think, from full submission to offer.

They've had it since late June so a little over 3.

I'm trying not to get too excited, but everyone seems so awesome that I keep getting my hopes up and then pessimist/realist me talks me down.

I snuck a full through the side door in February, not part of the open door process, and have yet to hear back. Seems they want to clear the decks of the rejections before they move forward with anything else.

After such a long wait -- during which I was ALWAYS on "In-Progress", I guess I expected more than a simple form rejection. I clearly haven't learned enough to understand publishing yet.

Form rejections are pretty much how publishing works. I've only ever had one rejection that wasn't a form letter. The agent thought I had a strong query and concept, but it just wasn't right for her.
