I'm new here ... this forum site is huge

!!! So it will take me a little while to find my way around. I joined because I inquired one time to a publishing company (don't have anything ready for publishing yet) .... and often get spam now from mostly not-good companies,,, I have discovered,,, many just trying to sell you a web course or books .... So far this site looks quite helpful and looking forward to being part of the community.

Take some time and read the Newbie Guide and the Stickies found
at the top of Forum pages. They are your best guide to learning about
Absolute Write.

Please read the FAQ about posting photos.

In fact we have lots of brilliant FAQs check them out.

Members who want to start a thread in Share Your Work to have work critiqued need
50 posts. Don’t make a mad dash to reach your 50 posts. That is frowned upon and can lead to your posts being deleted.
Take some time to greet fellow newbies, critique other members’ works, or join a discussion.

Thanks regdog, I have been browsing-reading the newbie and faqs.... there is sooo much, I don't walk on eggshells anymore but am truly a decent loving person.
I also have enjoyed reading lots in SYW forum but not going to critique anything just yet....

Thanks Corsairs --- I tend to write about things that happened to me or around me. I try to fill it with comedy and tragedy. I have been told many times,,, don't quit your day job. But,,,,, I only need ONE best seller. :hooray:
