Using All Romance Ebooks for 2nd pen name?

I have an interesting dilemma. I have an account to self-publish through All Romance Ebooks already. I want to publish on ARe under a 2nd pen name, but I don't want to be associated with my first pen name. What I found is that when I try to publish a book by "2nd name", "first name" is the publisher.

Will I have to create a new account for my 2nd pen name? Will they let me?

I haven't used them specifically, but why not shoot them an email, explaining the situation? Their support group, if they have one, should be able to give you a better answer.

I haven't used them, but I know for Draft2Digital that my account defaults to this name as the author and publisher. When I want to put out a title under a new pen name or different pen name I have to be careful to change both fields. Maybe ARe works the same?
