You know what? Ben's link now makes it seem that the two drawings are by different people. For example, the noses are different. The arms are articulated in one drawing, straight in the other.
I'm even more convinced that the employee who works in that cubicle was in fact the target of the drawings, but not the one who drew them. Or, at least, not both of them.
In this light, assuming I'm close to right, I think the bottom one is motivational (carb face is motivational? I know), the top one is (clearly) far more critical to the point of malicious. Which one she drew, I don't know. Could go either way. Someone being cruel to her, or she was cruel to herself, and someone posted the other to give her a little boost?
