Lurker trying to come out of hiding - hi!

I've been visiting the forums for a while, but just recently got up the courage to join, and today decided I should introduce myself. I'm a little shy, I guess, although I'm trying to get over it.

So - hi! I'm Maureen but a lot of people call me Maure, I'm nineteen and I've been writing fiction for about 3 years. I've got a couple short stories published, with Daily Science Fiction and Crossed Genres, and my goal is to get a book submit-ready by the end of this year and start sending it around. Finishing stuff is definitely my biggest challenge.

This forum's been a real help to me so far with checking out publishers and getting advice.
