Hey Y'all!
I'm not technically new. I've been a member of this site since 2011 and just never posted before now.
I started getting serious about my writing last year after getting in touch with a really great critique partner. Since then, I've been working on two stories. I recently finished the first draft on one. The other I had to scrap and start over on because the plot wasn't "thick" enough.

I know what you mean. I've been blessed with two longtime critique partners. They sure make a difference.

:welcome: to the water cooler. :D

Welcome to the community! I started pursuing my writing in a more serious manner in the same way when I had some critiquing friends read my work. It's awesome to hear you are inspired to start showing your work to the public!
