Word Frequency Count Software

I don't remember what it was or where I found it but in my old PC I had a free program that counted the frequency of words in a document.
My LibreOffice comes with a character and word count but not the frequency feature.
Any suggestions?

Maybe it's called a cross reference program?

I haven't seen any free ones that I liked. MS Word Word Count & Frequency Statistics is pretty good. I've got a trial and it counts frequency and hasn't run out yet.

Wow. Completely eerie timing. I was looking for such a thing yesterday.

I used to write with yWriter, which had such functionality built in. Very nice. But I'm back to Word now. Found this MS Word plugin using this Google search.
