When an opportunity presents itself....JUMP!

I was looking online, either on twitter or facebook, and saw R.L Stine write something about "being there" and hope to "see us there". I clicked the link and it was a seminar weekend thing they are having in Colorado and one of the speakers is none other than R.L Stine. Their will also be agents/publishers there. So I sorta in a huff said "boy i'd love to go to that" and then realized I can actually go and should go. It is me taking a chance. I have never traveled before so going from NY to Colorado will be interesting. But they also offer one on ones with agents to discuss your writing and instead of getting just yes or no's they giveyou more feedback. I am pumped but now I have two months to get my butt moving and WRITE WRITE WRITE. I know its not technically a accomplishment, but it seemed like something worth posting.
