I ordered the Chuwi Vi8 from China for $95 (I buy and resell. Luckily, I got free DHL shipping before the promotion ended, so it should be here by next week, although other vendors on Aliexpress have it for under $100, including standard shipping) and unlike most Chinese offerings, this one actually seems quite nice.

-2gb RAM
-32gb storage
-Intel Z3735F 1.33ghz quad core
-1280x800 resolution IPS screen
-5000 mAH
-Bluetooth 4.0
-8"

This is a step up by doubling RAM and storage compared to the bottom of the barrel-ers. The IPS display is also unusual, normally they don't have good screens like that (although the resolution is average). It also has its own keyboard case (most Chinese ones use standardized ones that don't fit perfectly) that can be purchased separately. But it can also dual boot to Android as an option (I think it cost like $20 more, which has HDMI as well I believe) which is cool. Seems like great bang for the buck. Reviews are overall positive.
