Hi, I'm just a little confused by the reputation point/comment system. How do I give reputation points in the first place, and is there a way to respond to reputation comments? Like if I wanted to send a smiley or give a reputation point back to someone who gave me one? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the system? >_<
