    Paper Gold Publishing

I didn't see an existing topic on them, so mods please move, if I missed it.

I know nothing about them, other than seeing an announcement in a big romance marketing forum. This is more of a place-marker for future comments and news.

    The main site: https://ellamedler.wordpress.com/

    Another announcement: http://shadowspastmystery.blogspot.r...llamedler.html

Personally, I'd rather my publishers focus on and sell to readers.

    Not authors.

This is not a publisher but a min $2000 vanity packager.

I noticed they're also taking submissions of all genres for their "traditional publishing" program. How much do you want to bet that those who aren't accepted will receive "invitations" to pay $2000 for the vanity package?

They also require entry fees to submit to an anthology. I'm far from an expert in that field, but it struck me as odd. The top fifteen stories will be featured in the anthology, but only the top three get paid. Essentially, everyone else paid simply for the chance to be featured.
