I am working on my latest novel and sitting on the couch while my husband watches Divergent. I'm about to start beta reading someone else's novel! They beta read mine earlier this week and did an excellent job, so I hope to do the same for them.

Debating whether or not I want to go get Nutella at this time. I finished my last spoonful a the day before yesterday.

mmmmmmmm....nutella. love that stuff. I just got done writing in my first chapter for my current project. wrote 894 words and I am no where NEAR the end of chappie one.

Just finished a quick page of handwriting practice. (I've decided that I'm sufficiently disgusted with my sloppy handwriting to try to do something about it, if in my usual half-arsed way.)

Now I'm going to brush my teeth and take my allergy pill, then have a few writing exercises I'm going to attempt. After that, I might do some reading before bed.

Oh, the thrills I endure in my wild and crazy life...

i'm procrastinating. I'm gonna start revising my novel in a second, but procrastination is an important part of my process

Celebrating a non-birthday (in the Special Occasions forums, I think)

I'm studying how to conjugate Russian verbs and dreading the irregular ones.

Marathoning episodes of The FBI Files on YouTube while working on the first draft of a short story in between bouts of browsing on here, reddit, Twitter...yeah I know. It's annoying when stories pop fully formed into my head and then it just feels like too much effort to write them down. Happens a lot.

Just finished my coffee. Time to start my day.

I've had that happen many times; it is quite a horrible feeling. I'm sorry for your loss of the critique and your time.


I'm pondering if I should go outside.

Preparing myself for three days of solitude. I'm not very good at it anymore.

It's a stay at home day with a sicky toddler. We're gonna watch a lot of Toy Story.
