Does anyone know anything about this publisher? I've received a tentative acceptance letter from them. Doing my homework, I can not find any entry on them here, at Predators and Editors or a few other sites I have checked.

They are a Swedish publisher but publish all over the world. I've only found a single reference to them as pay-to-be-published but I don't want to make an opinion from a single odd letter I dug up in the Google trash pile.

Since your signature line & location appear to place you in Canada, I searched books on Amazon.ca by publisher, using both Wisehouse (0 results) and Elementa (2 pages of results). The first two books had Amazon Bestseller rankings in the 1 million range, which generally points to total sales in the single digits. The rest had no bestseller ranking at all, implying zero sales. So, if you are looking to sell books in Canada, signing with this publisher doesn't seem likely to be very helpful.

I'd be instantly put off by the poor English on Wisehouse's website:

Wisehouse is a Sweden based global publishing house connecting authors, editorials, small/medium publishers and entrepreneurs in the publishing sector through the power of unlimited open publishing.

Publishing books and related media worldwide
Providing publishing platforms to publishers worldwide
Providing publishing platforms to editorials worldwide

Through a network of quality partners and affiliates, Wisehouse caters to authors through its own editorials but also provides enhanced open publishing platforms to editorials and small/medium publishers in different languages and regions.

Editorials?

Wisehouse caters to authors of all genres from the day of an idea till the final step of a successful publication of theirs books around the globe.

I think most authors would be quite satisfied if their(s) publishers dealt with the ms-to-published-book stage.

Releasing Editorials from the heavy engineering of all production machinery, and connecting directly to world class global distribution network, at cutting edge and extremely competitive prices, enables Editors all around the world to dedicate their time and resources exclusively to their passion of leveraging quality of content and attracting author talents.

I don't even know what this means.

I don't even know what this means.

I think I can translate that as meaning we're not a print publisher (heavy engineering of all production machinery) we're an epublisher (connecting directly to world class global distribution network, at cutting edge)
They may do POD print as well, but I think that's what they're saying.
(edited to add they say in their facts they do "plenty paper formats" I'm not quite sure what that means but my guess is POD.)
