Anyone work with them or know when and how they got their start? They have good royalties it looks like and I emailed to ask about first rights of refusal in the contract. One of them told me it's negotiable unless you write a series. That seems reasonable.

Just wondered if anyone else had any thoughts.

I don't know anything about these guys (not my genre). But after checking some of their titles, I can see that some of their books have decent sales on Amazon. It would be nice to know more about the staff. At least one staff member (the cover artist, Elaina Lee) is also one of their authors; take from that what you will.
