Yup. Grand Central, part of Hachette Group, so a big-five digital-first imprint.

That user (ForeverRomance) is not this publisher.

    From http://www.forever-romance.com/

Forever, the romance imprint of Grand Central Publishing..
    and

Forever Yours is the digital-first sister of the Forever romance imprint...
    and

Grand Central Publishing (formerly Warner Books) came into existence in 1970. It became part of the Time Warner Book Group in 1998 and in 2006 was acquired by Hachette Livre; it is part of the Hachette Book Group USA (HBGUSA).

Yeah, apparently a epub startup didn't google before the chose their name and ended up with a name nearly exactly the same as a well-established Big-5 imprint.

Has closed to subs/applicants. Nothing on site re: books produced. There's a handful of folks on LinkedIn who claim freelance/ghost writer experience with them, but I can find only one mention of being published. And the author has since removed the " ... proud to be published by ..." from her More About the Author section (cache).

That's the Grand Central/Hachette imprint. The one (still) closed to subs is Forever Romance Publishing Group.
