Twisted memories,
Like twisted plum tree branches
Sometimes bear sweet fruit.

sometimes bear sweet fruit
sometimes bring me lilac blooms

with neither stone nor flowers
sweet memory is all

hearing and seeing the noise

Be at peace my mind--
The fragrance of mid-summer
Releases my woes.

A silent sun shines
As the warmth of your embrace
Releases my woes.

Letting nature speak
I open my ears and my heart
To listen and learn

(This is about the flower, not the high school)

Of Mother Nature’s
many marvels, you rank first--
Lovely Columbine.

I'll do this one about the school

Lovely Columbine
sinful deeds that stained your halls
cleansed with our prayers

Hatred? Happiness?
Dandelions fill my yard—
Pick them and make wine.

That was a good haiku but it would be more visually appealing in traditional haiku form, with no capital letters and a bare minimum of punctuation.

pick them and make wine
to intoxicate the mind
high on yellow weed

High on yellow weed
Nature’s kind gift to mankind.
Yellow and green dreams.
