This publisher was at WisCon. According to things she said at a panel, Sally Wiener Grotta, who's one of their authors, is also one of the owners.

They are, at least, starting small and slow and avoiding most of the usual Big Bad Trade Publishers language.

Covers are only fair. I read one of their free stories and it wasn't bad; written pretty well with no glaring errors that I could see.

Right now it looks as if this is an another author-run publishing company. I'd be happier if I had an idea of the principals' qualifications; however, they seem to be on the right track at present. I'd wait and see what the next year or two brings.

'Reclaiming the heart and soul of publishing' is all well and good, but I'd like to know more about staff experience, marketing and distribution, and contract terms. Good on them for going slowly.

But I'll let other authors blaze that trail.
