What channel? Why did I not see it on my recent TV guide scroll-through?

I am proud. Good job, you! Now do that on the actual exam and you'll be golden. :)

It's on GEM.

There were no questions on how easy or hard it is to rip an eyeball out. I would have owned that due to your tutelage. They did have a hypopyon, though, as well as the mandatory question on recognising acute glaucoma.

It might have finished where you are, though. I'm in that weird half-time zone.

It's up to the scene where the world's worst paramedics get righteously dispatched by Dr Lecter, who is no doubt offended by their lack of due care in maintaining an airway.

Red! Pain! Blur!

Did they tell you guys that one method for lowering the pressure in ACG is a shot of whiskey? Useful if working in a remote area. Suggested dose is 1 shot for the patient for a temporary IOP drop. 2 shots for the practitioner in an "Oh fuck, what do I do now?" kind of way. :D

Ah. GEM. That explains it. I don't get the HD channels on my oooold Foxtel box. I have to flip to our old STB for that, which I never think to do except in cricket season when the 6:00pm news starts and the day's play hasn't yet finished...

Heh, I will have to tell that to my supervisor, who is of the old-school, drill cranial burrholes first and ask questions later type of GP. He's probably done it.

Fun fact: emergency departments often keep a bottle of the cheapest brandy or similar on hand, as a treatment for methanol poisoning (for which the antidote is ethanol).

Heh. I say just jump in whenever, however. :)

It's sort-of-Tuesday here. Technically. Coz it's after midnight.

Hello, my peeps.

*jumps in the conversation whenever*

Artists don't have exams. This is why I am an artist. And also why I am poor.

G'night, BF!! See you in the morning (maybe)!

Al--we had to actually paint and draw. Crazy, right??

And subject ourselves to a lot of critique.

My mom worked writing/designing/editing tests. She loved it. But I've never heard of a professional test taker.

I can cram okay for exams but never remember anything the next day.

Huh. Next you'll be telling me there's no writer's exam.

Anyway, gotta go. Gotta study for my writer's exam ...

Good evening, reppers!

My Monday went pretty good, except for running out of water midday. I thought my reserve tank still had some left until I went to pump into my primary tank. Luckily, one of my jobs was close to home, as in my house, so I stopped by and filled up with our garden hose. I made sure to fill up properly once I got back to the shop.

Morning all.

Not sorry I missed the convo on eyeballs.

I suck at exams. So very glad I haven't had to take one in a donkey's age.

Oops! On the running out of water, LadyV. Good that you were close to home so you could fill up.
