My background is I grew up across the street from NASAs Johnson Space Center in Clear Lake City, TX. Everybody in our community was involved in the space program. I graduated from the Air Force Academy with a BS in Military History. My first assignment was as an operations officer in the "Air Force Two" squadron that flew the Vice President and First Lady. After pilot trying my first operational assignment was piloting the E-3 AWACS in Oklahoma City. After 3 years I was assigned to the multinational NATO AWACS in Germany. I finished my 10 year USAF career as instructor and evaluator pilot and then after separating got hired by Southwest Airlines. I've been flying for SWA for more than 6 years. I'm more than happy to help out with any questions you might have in regards to your book! Cheers!
