Hi, I've just joined AWWC. I live in Queensland in Australia where the sun shines (almost) all the time. I have written two books, Missing in Egypt, a romantic travel mystery, and Winston - A Horse's Tale which is for horse lovers from teenagers upwards. Both are self-published through Amazon as an ebook and paperback.

I spend a lot of time reading but also play tennis, swim and walk around our lovely waterways. As I'm retired I also spend quite a lot of time socialising i.e. eating, drinking, talking with friends from our tennis group. If you're not retired yet, I can thoroughly recommend it.

Looking forward to being involved with people on this website.

Feel free to stop by Jed's Newbie Pub at the top of the New Members forum. It's a friendly place where you can hang out, have a virtual drink, and strike up a conversation with other members. If you are new to forums in general, or maybe a bit shy about posting, this is a good place to start.
