Hello readers, writers, and friends,

I just wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up on the publication of Andwerve’s March issue. This is Andwerve’s most amazing issue to date. Christopher T. George is the featured writer for March. In Andwerve’s exclusive interview with Mr. George, he talks about such topics as his personal and professional connection to Jack the Ripper, UK literature, the effect of MFAs on the state of literature, living in Liverpool and Baltimore, and the several journals he edits. Andwerve’s most robust and varied issue to date features the poetry of such talented and accomplished poets as Ulrike Gerbig, Katerina Fretwell, Jamie Zerndt, William Piety, David Flynn, Mike Estabrook, Kenneth Gurney, Bridget Gage Dixon, L. Ward Abel, Sharon Cooper, Bruce Jewett, Kenneth Ryan, Rob A. Mackenzie, and Pushcart Prize nominees, Michael Kriesel and Charles P. Ries. Andwerve's March issue also contains more stunning photography from Sandra Coker, as well as mystifying photography and painting from the eminent and prolific Durlabh Singh. In addition to these ravishing works, this month features a special section entitled "Roots"—featuring poets Emily Brink, RATPACK SLIM, Jerry Garcia, Tobi Cogswell, Nathan McClain, and Kate Soto—dedicated to spotlighting the poetic voices of the greater Los Angeles area. And in the book review section, Marie Lecrivain reviews Lost Positives by John Controna. this issue is by far the largest issue to date and is filled with uniquely gripping poetry from abroad, out of Germany, Scotland, and London, and from within the States, out of Georgia, New Jersey, Wisconsin, NYC, Boston, Portland, San Francisco, and, of course, LA.
